| Each year, Kylie undertakes a small number of major consulting projects, providing a comprehensive suite of services—spanning research, analysis, insight, strategy, and execution—from global brand development projects to marketing advisory and writing engagements:
• Brand-building and reinvention strategies
• Market positioning and messaging platforms
• Naming for companies and products/services
• Concepts and content for sites and other interactive experiences
• Copywriting for nearly all types of marketing communications
Kylie's collective experience as an agency principal, brand strategist, creative director, and copywriter fuels her ability to solve complex marketing challenges in ways that engage key markets; motivate purchase and loyalty; build employee, customer, and partner relationships; and grow profitability.
At Microsoft, as Associate Creative Director in their central brand management and marketing organization, Kylie helped build the Microsoft family of brands and guided development of brand strategy and identity systems across the company's many sub-brands, product lines, and 300-plus products. Next, she managed the creative group at Landor Seattle, a Young & Rubicam company, before launching her own firm in 1998.
Since then, she has led brand strategy, marketing consulting, writing, and naming engagements with leadership teams and senior marketing managers of many trusted and recognizable brands: Microsoft and MSN, Hewlett-Packard, Apple, PayPal, Intel, Visa, Washington Mutual, Verizon Wireless, AT&T Wireless / Cingular, Honeywell, and The Boeing Company among others. She also regularly consults to global branding and design firms to augment their strategic resources and project teams. |
